There are a number of legislators to email or call to fight data centers in Michigan, but they don’t have to all be contacted at the same time. This can be spread out over the course of a few days or weeks.
How to easily check on the progress of a bill:
Go to https://www.legislature.mi.gov/ and enter the Bill Number into the quick search. Next scroll to the bottom of the page for History. If the proposed bill seems to lack action, reach out to legislators again for an update on the issue.
Huge thank you to the Economic Development Responsibility Alliance of Michigan for this list.
Go to edraofmi.org for even more resources on how to lobby Michigan legislators to fight against data centers.
